HOW LONG SHOULD MY CAMPAIGN RUN? (TOP)

While the ads will be live within hours, we recommend at least several days to ensure your reach is maximized.

WHEN WILL MY REPORTING BE LIVE? (TOP)

Reporting will begin populating within several hours of your start date and may take up to 24 hours, depending on the nature of the buy.

WHY IS MY NUMBER OF IMPRESSIONS CAPPED? (TOP)

This number reflects the maximum inventory available through the channels in our self-serve platform.

WHY IS THERE A MINIMUM BUDGET FOR MY CAMPAIGN? (TOP)

To ensure your campaign has an impactful reach, we recommend a minimum spend of $400.

WHAT FORMATS OF CREATIVE ARE ACCEPTED? (TOP)

WHAT IS THE RIGHT LENGTH FOR MY VIDEO SPOT? (TOP)

15 second spots will have the widest reach (more sites offer this length). 30 second spots are also acceptable (some sites also offer this length).


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY VIDEO IS LONGER THAN 15 OR 30 SECONDS? (TOP)

Your video will not display properly. For this reason and for optimal performance, we ask that you ensure your video abides by the Advertising Guidelines


HOW MANY DISPLAY AD VERSIONS SHOULD I UPLOAD? (TOP)

There is no limit; however, we recommend up to approximately five versions. This will allow our platform to optimize for the best performance.


CAN I SWITCH MY CREATIVE AFTER STARTING? (TOP)

Yes. Navigate to "My Plans" or "My Reports" > Select the "i" icon at the right of the campaign > In the side navigation menu that slides out, select "MANAGE" in the Creative section.

You will be taken to the creative management interface, where you can upload, disable, and enable creative.

Please ensure that the creative you upload matches your budget, ie if you have a budget of $8000 for display and $0 for video, you will not be able to upload video.


PENDING CREATIVE: WHEN WILL IT GO LIVE? (TOP)

Our system will immediately work to insert your creative, however we ask that you allow up to 24h before seeing it as active.

You can review the status of your creative yourself by going to: "My Plans" or "My Reports" > Select the "i" icon at the right of the campaign > In the side navigation menu that slides out,

under "CREATIVE", you will see all ACTIVE and PENDING creative. When there are no longer any items in PENDING, they have been updated in your live campaign.


I DIDN'T ALLOCATE BUDGET FOR A TYPE OF CREATIVE, AND MY CAMPAIGN IS ALREADY BOOKED. (TOP)

Unfortunately, this functionality is currently not available and you will have to cancel and rebook your campaign with updated budget for the creatives you wish to show.


HOW CAN I ADD MORE BUDGET FOR A DIFFERENT TYPE OF CREATIVE? (TOP)

WARNINGS EXPLAINED

"AS THE SYSTEM UPDATES YOUR CREATIVE, YOU MAY SEE A DIP IN REPORTED STATS TEMPORARILY." (TOP)

As the system cycles out one creative and brings another, there may be a slight delay before the new creative is fully propagated across all channels.

This is a temporary delay, and should not affect your campaign's over-all performance.


"YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 CREATIVE IN YOUR CAMPAIGN. PLEASE UPLOAD MORE." (TOP)

To avoid the case where you accidentally delete all your creative and flight an empty campaign, we verify that you have at least 1 item to be shown.
